Photocopying Black and White Copies
We have two sizes of the healthy marriage tri-fold pamphlets availabe for you to photocopy. 8.5x11 and 7x8.5. The 7x8.5 size is printed on an 8.5x14 sheet of paper. When you cut the sheet of paper in half it gives you two pamphlets each time you make a photocopy. If you want to pay less per pamphlet and don't mind the smaller size send us an email and we will send you a file with the two 7x8.5 pamphlets that you can print on an 8.5x14 sheet of paper. Once you have downloaded the file of the pamphlets you can take that file to almost any copy center and they can photocopy, cut and fold the pamphlets. For your convience we have also partnered with Office Max so you can place your order online and in most cases as long as you order more than $50 worth of copies they will deliver it to you for free. To place an order with Office Max click here and then follow these steps: 1. Select the number of pages in the document. If you are only photocopying 1 pamphlet the number of pages will be two. One for the front, one for the back. If you are photocopying two pamphlets the number of pages will be four, three pamphlets then the number of pages will be six etc. 2. Select the number of total copies of your document. If you are photocopying two pamphlets and want 100 copies of each pamphlet you will enter 200 total copies. 3. Select 8.5x11 for your paper size 4. Select the black and white option. Don't ever select the color option. It is just too expensive. If you want color pamphlets then buy them from us. We charge .18 cents per color pamphlet. 5. In the section for paper output select double sided and uncollated. 6. Select your paper and color. 7. Select no cutting options if you are printing the 8.5x11 paper size 8. Select tri-fold for the folding option 9. Select your pick up option 10. Select the option for them to contact you before printing. 11. In the additional information box tell them exactly what you want. 12. Select the Office Max store that is nearest to you. Be sure to call them though to verify they have a folding machine. 13. Create a new Office Max user account. 14. Select the page number for the first file you will upload to their website. For example if you are photocopying both the affection and agape pamphlets you will type in page 1-2 for the affection file and then use the browse button to find where you saved that file on your computer and then upload it. Once you have uploaded that file then type in page 3-4 for the agape file and then use the browse button to find where you saved that file on your computer and then upload it.
