The National Healthy Marriage Institute LLC is a non-partisan, non-denominational
social enterprise organization dedicated to developing products and resources to strengthen marriages and families.
Our current legal structure is as a Wyoming limited liability company however we are in the process of incorporating
in Wyoming as a C corporation.
As a social enterprise organization we do not distribute profits to any of our
investors. All profits are used to develop and distribute products and services to help couples form and sustain
healthy marriages.
We have no physical headquarters as all of our associates tele-commute from their

Mission:
To create products and services to help heterosexual couples form and sustain healthy
marriages.
While our products and services will not be designed to meet the specific needs of homosexual married couples and
heterosexual or homosexual couples who never plan on marrying, these couples are welcome to use our products and
services to strengthen their relationships.
Objectives:
1. Increase the number of people who are aware of the benefits of healthy marriages.
2. Increase the number of people who are aware of and use the products and services that can increase their likelihood
of forming and sustaining a healthy marriage.
3. Increase the number of children raised by parents in a healthy marriage.
4. Increase the number of men and women who form and sustain a healthy marriage.
