The Healthy Marriage Weight Loss Program

Before using the information contained in this website ask your doctor if it is right for you.


If you only have one minute to look at this website and you want to lose weight and strengthen your marriage then first:

Decrease the number of calories you eat and increase the number of calories you use.

Does this sound like what your doctor said? That's because it works. Try the following weight loss tips for three weeks. Weigh yourself first and write down the results.

The
first tip is to drink two cups of water before each of your three balanced meals. Also drink two cups of water before each snack. Water is a natural appetite suppressant and will help you decrease your portion sizes without feeling hungry. The "secret" to weight loss is simply to decrease your portion sizes to the point where you are losing no more than two pounds a week. If you are losing more than two pounds a week there is a good chance some of that weight is muscle and you DO NOT want to lose pounds of muscle. If you are losing more than two pounds a week, increase your portion sizes gradually until you are losing just two pounds a week.

The
second tip is to march in place while you watch TV. If you prefer reading over watching TV then stand up while you read. While standing, bend your knees and you will feel your thigh muscles burning calories as you read.

It is easier to maintain a healthy weight than to lose unhealthy pounds. The same is true for your marriage. It is easier to maintain a healthy marriage than to heal an unhealthy marriage.

Take the time and effort to nurture your marriage now so you don't have to heal an unhealthy marriage later. If you are in an unhealthy marriage then start the healing process now. The sooner you begin, the easier the healing process will be.

The steps to maintain a healthy marriage and to heal an unhealthy marriage are the same. The only difference is time. You will need to spend more time and effort healing an unhealthy marriage than a healthy one.

The third tip is to increase the level of respect you have for your spouse. The level of respect you have for your spouse impacts how you speak, listen and treat him or her.
